Do note that in most cases, vitamins, herbs and natural products will not lead to any kind of hair regrowth. Unless you are severely deficient in any specific vitamin or mineral.
- Nature’s Bounty Biotin has 110,000 reviews, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. The rapid release softgels claims to benefit hair, nails and skin.
- Vitafusion multivitamin gummies has 90,000 reviews, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars. It includes Vitamin B, Biotin, Vitamin D and Retinol among other ingredients. It claims to benefit hair, nails and skin.
- Sugarbear Hair Vitamins has 50,500 reviews, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars. They are in gummy form and vegan. They include Vitamin A, Biotin, Vitamin C, Choline, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, Folate, Iodine and Zinc.

Not surprisingly, some of the best hair loss shampoos and anti-dandruff shampoos also have a massive number of reviews.

- Nutrafol has 18,000 reviews, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars.
- Men’s Rogaine foam has 27,900 reviews and a 3-month supply is currently being sold at a big discount of 25%. It has an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars. Interestingly, Women’s Rogaine has 18,600 reviews, a somewhat higher number than I would expect relative to the men’s product.

I remember reading something very similar twenty years ago.
PUPCA laser cap price is crazy, these things are really coming down after all these years. There are other similar looking caps for even less. Laser does something, for how many and to what effect is the question. This is a low $ bar to get in, if I hadn’t bought into the niostem hype already I waste more, I mean throw some money at a laser cap. Not sure if I’d go cheap or go big and go home with the irestore elite. The elite one year guarantee seems fairly solid. I’m in not way promoting laser, have an original Hairmax laser comb I’d donate to the Smithsonian of hair loss museum, if there was such a thing. Mostly would like to see if a cap would help with itching/inflammation.

Maple Holistics Biotin Shampoo Clear.
Admin U missed this wonderful. I wish you knew it. It did wonders 2018 to 2021 untill it was discontinued. But those who used it in its original state that it was doing miracle for the hair growth people got good result. I don’t know why it was discontinued and the one replaced its not effective like the first one also packaging changed.
Like most people I was so desperate when my hair started to fall out that I tried all sort of things, including special mixtures of vitamins and minerals . A complete waste of money. In a tiny number of cases some hair loss may be down to lack of a certain vitamin, for example; but a balanced diet should be more than enough to address that. Hair loss for men is in nearly all cases down to genetics. The only way to reverse it is hard science. Please don’t waste your money on snake oil. Save it for when the real cure arrives. I’ve been waiting decades, but for the first time I can see it coming.
I’ve tried so many products. Some shampoos helped a bit but the vitamins never did a thing for me, unfortunately. I love foam minox – really thickens my hair. I also get the higher % stuff (not on Amazon, gotta get that elsewhere).
